“It was a beautiful weekend filled with beautiful ladies. A lot of laughs, smiles and deep talks were shared amongst the group. The food Abbey made blew me away and I am still craving the butternut squash lasagna. The yoga was beautiful, educational and peaceful. The outdoor hike and yoga was by far my favorite part. The yoga practice in the crazy wind was so refreshing. The accommodations were perfect, views were amazing. So much attention to detail and special moments were perfect and did not go unnoticed. “What an amazing, life-changing weekend I was able to share with my sister in the beautiful Michigan north. Where do I start? The yoga was next level. The space left for meditation and inner reflection while being guided and bathed in Om’s and sound bowls was unexpected in the best way.
