“It was a beautiful weekend filled with beautiful ladies. A lot of laughs, smiles and deep talks were shared amongst the group. The food Abbey made blew me away and I am still craving the butternut squash lasagna. The yoga was beautiful, educational and peaceful. The outdoor hike and yoga was by far my favorite part.
